To host a conference call:

  1. The call host distributes their dial-in number and participant codes to all invitees.
  2. At the appointed time, all participants dial in and enter the participant code. The leader enters a leader code to activate
    the call.

Still dial into the call from any phone, but take separate remote control from your BlackBerry® Smartphone or Windows® Mobile device for visibility, security and control of your calls.

As the call host, you can:

  • Receive a notification when 1st participant joins
  • Join as leader from a phone of your choice
  • See a real-time list of participants as they join or leave the call
  • Ensure nobody is listening in who shouldn't be
  • Add a missing participant from your mobile address book
  • Mute the participant with background noise
  • Record the call, downloadable as an MP3 file
